About The Position

Olympia Subaru is seeking a hardworking, detail-oriented Express Technician to join its fast-paced service team. The role provides hands-on experience and an opportunity to develop an automotive career while contributing to a team focused on integrity, teamwork, and customer care.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Prior automotive experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other routine maintenance.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to Service Advisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Assist with shop organization and customer satisfaction efforts.
