About The Position
Our Express Service Team works together to expediently handle our customers basic service needs and keep the main shop writers and technicians focused on heavier, more time consuming line work. The most frequent and first line contact with our customers, it is imperative that our Express Team be customer centric and work collaboratively with the Sales, Service and Parts Departments.
Requirements
- Organized and able to multi-task.
- Able to follow directions from the Management Team.
- Good communicator, both in person and in writing (email).
- Comfortable using various technologies including CDK, Drive Centric, Rapid Recon, Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Teams, as well as various Manufacturer websites.
- Valid driver's license.
- Acceptable records check.
Responsibilities
- Expediently handle customers' basic service needs.
- Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Parts Departments.
- Communicate with the Express Team on repairs.
- Maintain contact with customers for updates.
