About The Position

Casey Auto Group is seeking an Express Service Technician to perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other routine vehicle maintenance. The role completes work according to repair orders and dealership and factory standards, inspects vehicles and recommends needed repairs or replacements, and maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area. The technician also communicates with service advisors and customers about repairs and service recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Ambitious and hardworking presence in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive, friendly attitude and customer service mentality.
• Ability to collaborate effectively.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair procedures, and service specifications.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as an Express Service Technician or lube technician.
• Certification from an automotive school.

Responsibilities

• Complete work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately, in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
• Inspect vehicles and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Inspect fluid levels and replace or replenish fluids as necessary.
• Lubricate vehicle moving parts.
• Check tire pressure and add air if needed.
• Communicate with service advisors and customers to explain and advise on repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures.
