Requirements

• 1+ year of automotive technician, lube tech, or express service experience preferred; candidates with less experience who demonstrate strong aptitude and work ethic are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance procedures (oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections).
• Physically capable of working on your feet and staying active throughout the shift.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform express maintenance services including oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, wiper blade replacements, cabin and engine air filter replacements, and multi-point inspections.
• Work efficiently on a flat-rate structure, where speed, accuracy, and throughput directly drive earnings.
• Identify and communicate additional service needs discovered during inspections to service advisors to support upsell opportunities and guest safety.
• Follow GM express lane procedures and safety standards on every vehicle.
• Keep the work area organized and tools ready to support a fast-moving express operation.
