About The Position

Courtesy Nissan is seeking an Express Service Advisor to join their team. As the first point of contact for Express Service customers, this role focuses on quick, routine maintenance services like oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks. The Express Service Advisor will play a key role in ensuring a fast, friendly, and efficient experience while keeping customers informed and satisfied. Requirements

• Prior experience in automotive service, quick lube, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of automotive maintenance services.
• Positive, customer-first attitude and professional appearance.
• Proficient with computers and dealership service systems (experience with CDK or similar is a plus).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet express service customers promptly and professionally.
• Quickly gather vehicle information and customer concerns for routine maintenance visits.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended express services and estimated completion times.
• Coordinate with Express Service Technicians to ensure quick, accurate turnaround on services.
• Monitor vehicle status and communicate updates to customers to ensure a smooth experience.
• Accurately create repair orders and document services performed.
• Handle customer payments and explain work performed during service review.
• Proactively assist in maintaining flow and efficiency in the Express Service lane.
