The Express Service Advisor is responsible for ensuring an exemplary experience for the service customer by providing a prompt and friendly greeting, listening to their description of concerns and/or recommending maintenance services, preparing repair orders and being proactive, accurate and thorough in communication. The Express Service Advisor serves as a liaison between customer and technician ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the recommended service is understood by the customer. Requirements

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as an Express Service Advisor preferred
