Your Purpose as a Service Advisor: Ensure a smooth and efficient customer service write-up process Maintain constant, positive communication with customers throughout their service experience Collaborate effectively with technicians and parts teams Generate, track, review, and complete repair/work orders using multiple computer and web-based systems Assist in developing and implementing procedures to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and customer-pay labor dollars Uphold all applicable laws, rules, and regulations Your Well-Being:

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient customer service write-up process
  • Maintain constant, positive communication with customers throughout their service experience
  • Collaborate effectively with technicians and parts teams
  • Generate, track, review, and complete repair/work orders using multiple computer and web-based systems
  • Assist in developing and implementing procedures to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and customer-pay labor dollars
  • Uphold all applicable laws, rules, and regulations
