Your Purpose as a Business Development Center Representative: Use a multi-line phone system to respond to general customer inquiries and/or direct calls to the appropriate personnel. Responsible for assisting, obtaining, and retaining guests by processing web-based inquiries and customer issues. Complete detailed and accurate call logs and reports, recognize trends in customer calls, and demonstrate a positive attitude while assisting in a team building environment. Ensure consistent and reliable follow-up with guests and the leadership team on opportunities to increase business. Maintain a professional company appearance, including but not limited to high-quality phone interactions, following dress code guidelines (which may include company branded shirts), and maintaining a presentable work area. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
