About The Position

Are you energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about helping people find the right vehicle? Hunter Auto Group is looking for a full-time, on-site BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Agent to join our growing dealership team. Automotive or sales experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate who brings strong communication skills, motivation, and a positive attitude! As our BDC Sales Agent, you’ll play a critical role in driving customer engagement, setting appointments, and supporting our showroom sales team while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident and professional phone presence
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
• Basic computer and CRM experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Internet sales, automotive BDC, call center, or sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound and outbound internet leads, phone calls, texts, and emails
• Communicate with customers regarding vehicle availability, features, and next steps
• Schedule and confirm sales appointments with the showroom team
• Maintain consistent customer follow-up
• Stay knowledgeable on dealership inventory and current automotive market trends
• Deliver outstanding customer service across all communication channels
