About The Position

Vision Ford Lincoln is growing fast—and we’re building a world-class Business Development Team to power that growth. If you love talking to people, thrive on winning, and want a clear path into automotive sales, leadership, or management, this role was built for you. As a BDC Rep, you’re the first impression of Vision Ford Lincoln. You’ll be the bridge between online customers and our in-store sales team.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Prior BDC, sales, hospitality, or call-center experience is a plus—but not required

Responsibilities

  • Engage customers via phone, text, and email
  • Respond to internet leads and inbound inquiries
  • Set high-quality appointments for our sales team
  • Follow up relentlessly (and professionally) with customers
  • Keep accurate notes and activity in the CRM
  • Be a brand ambassador for Vision—positive, helpful, and sharp
