About The Position

Thelen Subaru is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Express Service Advisor to join their team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, great with people, computer savvy, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. The position offers competitive base pay plus performance-based bonus opportunities, with an expected annual income of $40,000+. While automotive experience is preferred, the company is willing to train the right individual.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their service needs
• Write and present repair orders
• Recommend factory-scheduled maintenance and necessary services
• Communicate clearly with customers throughout the service process
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure an efficient workflow
• Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Work toward established performance and customer satisfaction goals
