The Express Meeting Manager is responsible for the direct selling and coordination of meetings and meal functions for various clients, including corporate and social clientele. This role provides a one-stop shopping experience for room and catering sales for groups of 30 rooms or less, with or without catering requirements. The position involves finalizing overnight rooms and catering programs for assigned bookings and ensuring customer satisfaction as a key liaison. Prospecting sales calls are also a part of the role, as assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing. Evening and weekend hours may be required based on assigned groups.
