About The Position

Bergstrom Toyota of Oshkosh is hiring an entry-level Express Lube Technician to service vehicles and provide a positive guest experience. The role performs oil changes and fluid checks, inspects vehicle systems, rotates tires, and keeps work bays clean and organized. The position is based at Oshkosh Toyota in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, and pays $17.00–$20.00 per hour based on experience, plus an additional $2.00 for each hour worked on Saturdays. Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The role offers a career progression path from Express Lube Technician through technician levels to Shop Foreman, Service Manager, and Platform Manager. Requirements

A can-do attitude and solid work ethic.
Basic automotive knowledge or willingness to learn quickly.
Ability to lift more than 50 pounds and work on your feet.
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Perform fast, high-quality oil changes and fluid checks.
Inspect filters, belts, and other key vehicle systems.
Rotate tires and check tire pressure.
Keep service bays clean and organized.
Provide friendly, informative service to guests.
