Requirements

Previous management experience in an automotive service or express lube environment preferred.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Punctuality is a must.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of express lube operations, including oil changes, tire rotations, and basic vehicle maintenance.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in automotive software and systems is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the express lube department, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of technicians to meet and exceed performance goals.
Maintain high standards for guest service, ensuring every guest leaves with a positive experience.
Monitor and manage department performance metrics, including productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Oversee scheduling, training, and team member development.
Maintain inventory levels of parts, fluids, and other necessary supplies.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Collaborate with service advisors and other departments to provide seamless service.
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
