Requirements
- Entry-level automotive or quick-lube experience (import or Nissan preferred)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dealership environment
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shop setting
- Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
- Minimum age: 18
- High school diploma or GED required
Nice To Haves
- Import experience preferred
- Nissan a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and basic maintenance services
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
- Ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Document services performed clearly and correctly
- Communicate maintenance recommendations to Service Advisors
- Support Technicians and Shop Foreman as needed
