About The Position
Audi Des Moines is seeking an Experienced Express Lube Advisor to join their professional service team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role, understands automotive service workflows, and can effectively communicate between customers and technicians in a fast-paced environment. The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm, and offer resolution to customer concerns. This role serves as the primary communicator between the customer and the technician, ensuring customer needs are clearly understood and that recommended services and repairs are communicated accurately and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Express Lube Advisor or similar service advisor role preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to type efficiently to enter repair orders
- Basic computer skills and cost calculation ability
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly with a professional and welcoming attitude
- Identify and confirm customer service concerns and expectations
- Communicate customer needs clearly to technicians
- Explain required and recommended services or repairs to customers
- Accurately create and update repair orders
- Manage multiple customers efficiently while maintaining accuracy and service quality
