About The Position

Greiner Ford of Casper is seeking an Express Lube Advisor to join their team. This role is the frontline contact for the service department, responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience from greeting to service completion. The ideal candidate will share the company's passion for excellence and commitment to customer service, contributing to a positive team culture.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in an automotive service role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and conducting initial vehicle check-ins.
• Clearly communicating service requirements and timelines to customers.
• Advising customers on necessary and recommended services.
• Coordinating with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
• Delivering exceptional customer service that reflects our values and culture.
