Our Export Supply Operations team is seeking a V.I.E. team member for our St. Louis site to support and improve operational performance and robustness. This 18-month assignment within the U.S. Export Supply Operations team will help stabilize and strengthen operational processes while ensuring alignment with the teams in France. As part of the Export Supply Operations team, you will contribute to the development and transformation of our export operations in St. Louis, Missouri. You will support and participate in day-to-day operations and implement Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to increase process efficiency.

Requirements

• Hold an engineering degree or a master’s degree, preferably in industrial engineering, production management, or supply chain management.
• Strong technical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Lean Management tools and methods, including Value Stream Mapping, A3 problem-solving, PDCA, and Six Sigma.
• Meaningful experience improving operational activities, including Lean management, flow optimization, or production management.
• Proficient with digital tools used for activity tracking, optimization, and reporting, such as Excel, Power BI, and AI tools.
• Strong interest in solving complex problems and in industrial operations.
• Known for listening skills and curiosity.
• Take initiative and can work independently on multiple priorities at the same time.
• Able to synthesize information and remain focused on results.
• Comfortable working in an international environment.
• Fluent in English.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of export operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP is also a plus.

Responsibilities

• Immerse yourself in the activities of the U.S. Export Supply Operations teams, including Export Coordination and Replenishment Planning.
• Perform and optimize operational tasks related to Export Coordination and/or Replenishment Planning.
• Identify continuous improvement projects that strengthen operational resilience and eliminate non-value-added tasks.
• Implement identified projects in order of priority.
• Develop reports and management tools that improve visibility into and control of operational activities.
• Document processes and confirm that teams understand and consistently apply them.
• Measure and communicate the results achieved.
