Essential duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional sales strategies to increase revenue and market share across Caribbean markets. Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, key customers, and strategic partners throughout the region. Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives to ensure achievement of sales goals and professional growth. Establish sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the regional team and monitor progress toward objectives. Provide field support and guidance to the sales team through regular market visits and customer engagement. Identify new market opportunities and support expansion of product distribution across Caribbean territories. Collaborate with marketing, purchasing, and operations teams to support commercial initiatives and ensure product availability. Monitor competitive activity, market trends, and customer needs to inform business strategy and sales planning. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior leadership. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales, export sales, or regional sales management. Proven experience managing distributor networks and multi-market territories, preferably within Caribbean markets. Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing sales teams. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable sales strategies. Willingness and ability to travel frequently throughout Caribbean territories. Background in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably meat or protein products. Experience working with international distributors and export regulations. Multilingual skills, particularly Spanish, are a plus.
