About The Position

Aviagen is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Export Analyst to coordinate order processing, shipments, and export documentation. The role works closely with internal teams and freight forwarders to support accurate, timely deliveries and clear communication with customers. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and comfortable managing a high volume of emails in a fast-paced environment. The position reports to the Export Manager and is based at Aviagen’s corporate offices in Huntsville, Alabama.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
Experience with international logistics or export documentation is a plus, but not required.
Foreign language preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor orders from beginning to end.
Maintain regular email communication with customers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
Prepare and process export documentation accurately and on time.
Monitor shipment status and communicate updates.
Work with freight forwarders to support shipments.
Coordinate with hatcheries and planning teams to confirm orders and product availability.
Ensure accurate documentation recordkeeping.
Resolve shipment or documentation issues.
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
Support compliance with company policies and international requirements.
