About The Position
If you thrive in the middle of the action and love being the glue that holds it all together, this is your role. Quarterdeck Grill is looking for a sharp, high-energy Expo to keep our kitchen and front-of-house in sync and our guests smiling.
Requirements
- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and peak season
Nice To Haves
- Restaurant experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person
Responsibilities
- Coordinate food flow from kitchen to guests with speed and accuracy
- Ensure plates are presented perfectly before they leave the line
- Communicate clearly with cooks, servers, and bartenders
- Keep tickets organized and timing on point during busy rushes
- Jump in wherever needed to keep the team moving
