About The Position

Genesis Hospitality is seeking experienced and team-oriented candidates for the high-volume restaurant, The Lambertville Station Inn. The role involves taking the place of a chef in the kitchen, acting as a front expediter, finishing plates, packaging takeout orders, preparing desserts for servers, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen expeditor area. Requirements

  • Experienced and team-oriented candidates
  • Willing to work weekdays, weekends and/or holidays
  • Regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
  • Frequently required to stand and walk
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision, distance vision, color vision & focus

Responsibilities

  • Takes the place of having no chef in the kitchen
  • Front expediter making sure all orders are called to the cooks
  • Finishing all plates
  • Finishing and packaging all takeout orders
  • Getting desserts together for the servers
  • Cleaning and organizing the kitchen expeditor area
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by manager
