Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Geology or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in mining or mineral exploration.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience logging diamond core and RC chips.
- Familiarity with Leapfrog and Acquire software.
Responsibilities
- Conduct and supervise geological research, data compilation, mapping, sampling, and interpretation.
- Build and maintain 3D geological models to support mining operations.
- Design and execute drill programs, including RC and core logging.
- Ensure QA/QC procedures are implemented and followed.
- Prepare follow-up work plans, annual budgets, and monthly progress reports.
- Communicate significant events and findings to senior management in a timely manner.
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with minimal supervision.
