Expert User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) Designer

TRIAEM, LLCWMA - Springfield OR Chantilly VA, VA
Onsite

About The Position

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer who knows how to turn complexity into experiences people actually want to use. This is an opportunity to shape high-impact digital products from the ground up—bringing together user insight, creative design, and technology to build experiences that are intuitive, engaging, and highly functional. You’ll have a hand in the entire design journey, from discovering what users really need and translating those insights into concepts, personas, and requirements to creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes. You’ll use tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to bring ideas to life, test them with users, and continuously refine the experience based on real feedback. You won’t be designing in a silo. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, stakeholders, communications professionals, and other designers to create a consistent look, feel, and user experience across digital products. You’ll help build and strengthen design systems, conduct final UI reviews, and work side-by-side with technical teams to make sure great designs translate into solutions that can actually be built and delivered. If you’re energized by solving complex problems, championing the user, creating exceptional digital experiences, and seeing your designs move from concept to reality, this is the kind of opportunity where you can make an impact. This role spans the end-to-end design process, from research and concept development through prototyping, testing, implementation, and final UI refinement.
