As an Expert in Outbound Virtual Business Sales at T-Mobile, you will handle outbound business sales leads for both new and existing customers. Your role involves conducting discovery conversations to identify the best T-Mobile products and services for each customer, utilizing a thorough understanding of T-Mobile for Business offerings. You will recommend wireless solutions, including price plans, data, and enhanced services. Collaboration with direct field sales teams, as well as Implementation and Solution Engineering support teams, is key. Responsibilities include researching and fraud-checking businesses before sales engagement, managing the business verification process, and working closely with various verification and fraud teams. You will also handle necessary tax and financial documents for business customers and provide post-sale customer support for the duration of account ownership.
