As an Expert in Outbound Virtual Business Sales at T-Mobile, you will be responsible for handling outbound business sales leads for both new and existing customers. This role involves conducting discovery conversations to identify the best T-Mobile products and services for each customer, leveraging a deep understanding of T-Mobile for Business offerings. You will recommend wireless solutions, including price plans, data, and enhanced services. Collaboration with direct field sales teams, Implementation, and Solution Engineering support teams is key. A significant part of the role includes researching and fraud-checking businesses before engagement, managing the business verification process, and working closely with various verification, credit, and fraud teams. Additionally, you will manage necessary tax and financial documents for business customers and provide post-sale customer support throughout the account ownership.
