About The Position

The Design Concepts & Styling function supports the CODE product lifecycle by developing narratives, strategies, and future visions that inspire product creation. The Expert, Creative Concept & Styling Design Project Manager supports both Design Concepts and Styling by coordinating seasonal projects, timelines, and key milestones throughout the product creation process. The role works closely with Design Integration and cross-functional partners to promote alignment, consistency, and timely execution.

The position leads projects and milestones such as room builds, presentations, photoshoots, workshops, and reviews. It brings structure, clarity, and accountability to creative work through planning, communication, integration, and execution support. The project manager also helps improve processes, tools, and ways of working in a fast-paced, dynamic, collaborative environment. Travel may be required as needed to support milestones, events, and team initiatives throughout the year.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field preferred; a suitable combination of education, experience, and training will be accepted.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to create and maintain work-back schedules and anticipate challenges.
• Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to build alignment through clear communication and effective planning.
• Proficiency in Airtable, Keynote, Excel, and Mac-based tools.
• Adaptability and a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple seasonal projects and priorities supporting Design Concepts and Styling.
• Create and maintain clear work-back schedules and manage project timelines.
• Coordinate and deliver key milestones throughout project gates and the product creation process.
• Lead projects and milestones including room builds, presentations, photoshoots, workshops, and reviews.
• Partner with Design Integration and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and consistency.
• Anticipate challenges, maintain project momentum, and support timely execution.
• Provide structure, accountability, and execution support to creative teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, tools, and ways of working.
• Travel as needed to support key milestones, events, and team initiatives.
