About The Position

The Design Concepts & Styling function supports the CODE product lifecycle by creating narratives, strategies, and future visions that inspire product creation. This Project Manager supports both Design Concepts and Styling, translating ideas into clear plans and successful executions. The role drives alignment across teams, manages project timelines, and ensures key milestones are delivered throughout the product creation process.

The position leads seasonal projects and milestones, including room builds, presentations, photoshoots, workshops, and reviews. It partners closely with Design Integration and cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and consistency, while evolving processes, tools, and ways of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role requires adaptability, a continuous improvement mindset, and willingness to travel as needed for milestones, events, and team initiatives throughout the year.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management or a related field is preferred; suitable combinations of education, experience, and training will be accepted.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to anticipate challenges and move projects forward.
• Ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to the creative process.
• Proficiency in Airtable, Keynote, Excel, and Mac-based tools.
• Ability to build alignment across teams through clear communication and effective planning.
• Adaptability and a collaborative approach.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal projects and key milestones supporting Design Concepts and Styling, including room builds, presentations, photoshoots, workshops, and reviews.
• Manage project timelines and create and maintain clear work-back schedules.
• Drive alignment and consistency across Design Integration and cross-functional teams.
• Anticipate challenges and keep projects moving forward through key gates and the product creation process.
• Support teams through effective processes, integration, planning, and execution.
• Evolve processes, tools, and ways of working through continuous improvement.
• Travel as needed to support key milestones, events, and team initiatives.
