About The Position

Join Beneva's main business architecture and business analysis directorate as an expert business architecture consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the scope of initiatives, their alignment with strategic objectives, the business capabilities to be transformed, and the implementation plan. You will orchestrate, align, and support business architecture consultants associated with the portfolio and business analysts assigned to initiatives. Additionally, you will follow up with senior solution architecture consultants assigned to the portfolio, all in a hybrid work mode.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent.
10 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in architecture on large-scale projects.
Experience in participating in and presenting at executive forums.
Advanced proficiency in French and functional proficiency in English (oral and written).

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the insurance sector (important asset).
Knowledge of BIZBOK, TOGAF, and BABBOK knowledge corpora.

Responsibilities

Orchestrates and ensures, in support of the senior portfolio enterprise architect, the completion of all architecture work associated with an initiative stemming from the Beneva or sectoral roadmap.
Accompanies and advises business partners and the value creation leader to define business motivations, scope, and expected benefits of the initiative.
Coordinates as needed and carries out the activities required to define the business architecture.
Solicits expert dimension architects as needed to identify what is required for their work.
Carries out the first version of the implementation strategy and validates subsequent updates.
Supports the senior portfolio enterprise architect in defining the Beneva Major Milestones and the work required to achieve them.
Advises and provides recommendations to the senior portfolio enterprise architect, the value creation leader, and the business sector of their portfolio regarding work prioritization, sequencing, and resolution of issues that jeopardize execution according to forecasts.
Orchestrates, aligns, and supports the various architecture consultants and business analysts responsible for carrying out the work for the implementation of the initiative.
Ensures follow-up on the execution of initiatives and compliance with the architecture framework with IT integration and solution architects.
Leads and actively participates in appropriate architecture committees and tables.
Supports their manager in evaluating the capacity and profiles required in resources to support the portfolio's architecture work.
Documents the business architecture and ensures it is also well documented by the various architecture consultants, all according to current standards.
Participates in the operationalization of the enterprise architecture governance framework, its promotion, and its improvement.
