About The Position

As an expert consultant in technology architecture - Automation, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining an integrated vision of the orientations, risks, practices, and strategies related to the automation of technological foundations. In collaboration with the executive vice-presidency teams, you will contribute to harmonizing platform management practices and supporting the achievement of technological and strategic goals. You will be at the heart of automation, hyper-automation, and self-remediation initiatives, in addition to guiding the governance related to these areas. Through your leadership and expertise, you will support teams in innovation, continuous improvement, and the evolution of work methods, while identifying opportunities to optimize technological environments. You will realize yourself in the following functions: Technology Vision and Orientation: Develop and communicate an integrated, clear, and coherent target vision of technological orientations related to IT foundations. Disseminate the targets, orientations, and guidelines necessary for technological watch. Influence strategic IT directions through leadership and proactivity. Technical Leadership and Support: Exercise continuous technical leadership and act as a coach, resource person, and escalation point for teams. Act as a point of contact for all IT teams to support them in technological transformation through automation. Studies, Analyses, and Innovation: Conduct positioning, feasibility, and summary evaluation studies for innovative solutions, particularly in "infrastructure as code." Study and analyze the business requirements of automation products to recommend optimal operating strategies. Advise and participate in specialized studies, taking into account security, infrastructure type, and disaster recovery measures. Automation Governance and Performance: Define effective governance for automation and self-remediation, ensure its socialization, buy-in, and implementation. Propose and deploy indicators to measure the performance of automated infrastructure services. Collaboration and Management of Technological Assets: Collaborate with architecture advisors for the acquisition of equipment, software, and service contracts. Participate in the planning and preparation of the IT asset maintenance program, as well as the management of associated risks. Contribute to the planning and budgetary monitoring of the IT maintenance program.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Possess a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in information technology, including a minimum of five (5) years as an architecture consultant in infrastructure automation (Windows and Linux servers, security, on-premises, cloud (AWS), etc.).
  • Possess extensive knowledge of automation, hyper-automation, and self-remediation concepts, as well as considering artificial intelligence in their application.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of technological infrastructures (hardware and software).
  • Possess good knowledge of technologies and infrastructures supporting Web environments, middleware, and other technological solutions.
  • Advanced proficiency in French, both spoken and written, and intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written, due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with colleagues, partners, clients, or English-speaking suppliers, or to meet the company's growth objectives.
