We need your abilities as an analytical problem-solver paired with your drive for knowledge to share experiment insights, findings, and recommendations with clients and stakeholders to improve naval capability development. Requirements

8+ years of experience as a U.S. Naval Officer
Experience serving on a numbered fleet, major staff, or in a Warfighting Development Center
Experience as a tactical or operational planner, including with fleet exercises, experiments, or assessment events
Knowledge of multiple naval mission areas
Ability to compile input from multiple sources, research discrepancies, analyze results, and produce a high-quality written product for senior decision-makers
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time, including embarking on Navy ships, submarines, and aircraft
Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

Experience writing or developing tactics, techniques, and procedures
Knowledge of military requirements or acquisition processes
Knowledge of unmanned systems and autonomous platforms
TS/SCI clearance
Master’s degree
Joint Professional Military Education (JPME) Certification
Warfare Tactics Instructor (WTI) Certification

Responsibilities
