About The Position

Bevi is seeking an Experiential Marketing Program Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of its experiential program. This role will oversee two key workstreams: BeviMobile, a fleet of sampling vehicles managed by Tour Managers, and machine logistics for partner events across North America. The Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of partner events and the BeviMobile fleet, including managing a team of 5 contractors. Reporting to the Director of Experiential Marketing, this role is crucial for the growth and scaling of Bevi's experiential marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable with operational challenges, and eager to optimize processes for business impact. Success means seamless execution of activations, efficient fleet operations, and continuous program improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Asana, and Google Workspace is preferred.
  • Based in the Boston area with a minimum of two days per week in HQ.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support tours.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day schedule with Tour Managers, ensuring BeviMobile vehicles are strategically placed to support high-priority sales opportunities.
  • Directly manage a team of 5 Tour Manager contractors, serving as their primary point of contact for routing, staffing, and problem-solving.
  • Build and maintain the master schedule for multi-week, multi-city tours based on sales priorities, target accounts, and open pipeline, communicating weekly updates to sales teams.
  • Ensure the BeviMobile fleet operates smoothly by managing restocking, coordinating permitting and certificates of insurance (COIs) with relevant authorities, and liaising with tech support for issue resolution.
  • Travel to BeviMobile sales blitz activations to provide training, observation, and continuous optimization of field operations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure all activations are captured, measured, and reported for program optimization.
  • Own machine logistics for partner events and high-priority sales opportunities, managing requests from planning to execution.
  • Verify event details, create Salesforce sales orders, and initiate Zendesk requests for internal routing.
  • Track each request through delivery, installation, event support, and pickup, proactively communicating status to Sales.
  • Coordinate field technician scheduling for installs, swaps, flavor changes, troubleshooting, and de-installs in partnership with Operations.
  • Manage machine availability to maximize utilization while responding to high-priority opportunities.
