About The Position

This is a part-time, non-benefited position for UND students. The intern will collaborate with the Experiential Learning team, campus partners, and employers to enhance program offerings and ensure a high-quality experience for all participants. The Experiential Learning Intern will play a key role in supporting the Shadow & Soar job shadowing program, as well as assisting with the development and expansion of new internship and co-op initiatives at the University of North Dakota.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office preferred.
  • Previous internship or work experience in event planning, marketing, or program coordination is a plus
  • Experience working with diverse groups of people in a professional or campus setting is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and dependable
  • Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
  • Interest in career development, experiential learning, or higher education
  • Comfortable communicating via email, phone, and in person
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
