Reporting to the Manager of Experiential Learning, the Cohort Supervisor plays a key academic role in facilitating, developing, and assessing all Integrated Experiential Learning (IEL) courses. Working closely with learners and faculty, this role ensures curriculum quality assurance while actively leading Indigenous community engagement. Key responsibilities include identifying community sites, establishing learning pathways, and negotiating critical contracts between FNTI and community stakeholders.
