About The Position
Porsche Downtown LA is hiring a full-time Service Technician to perform maintenance, diagnose and repair Porsche vehicles to manufacturer standards, and communicate repair recommendations and vehicle status to service advisors. The role is paid at a flat rate, with compensation that may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. The position may also qualify for short- and/or long-term incentives, including production productivity bonuses. Technicians work with modern diagnostic equipment and manufacturer-specific tools in a professional service facility, with access to Porsche factory training, technical resources, and certification opportunities. The dealership offers opportunities for continued growth.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional automotive technician experience.
- Diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities.
- Valid driver's license in the state of residence and an acceptable driving record.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years or older.
