About The Position
Assists the Baker in the production of cake and muffin batter, pizza dough, and other production tasks delegated by the manager. Handles assigned baking tasks with a higher level of independence appropriate to their skill and experience.
Requirements
- Experience would be ideal but not mandatory.
- Training is provided on site.
- Ability to safely perform the physical work required of all duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
- Baking, prepping, portioning, stocking, organizing, and cleaning with minimal supervision.
- Using prior experience to support new team members and help them adapt to the work environment.
- Showing initiative in making sure that shift proceeds smoothly and notifies the supervisor when more support is needed.
