About The Position

CMA Hyundai is seeking an experienced automotive service technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles in a modern service department. The role suits Hyundai-certified technicians as well as technicians with strong dealership experience from other manufacturers. The technician will work collaboratively with advisors, parts personnel, and fellow technicians, with a focus on quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, productivity, and professional development. Compensation is $80,000–$120,000+ annually, based on experience, performance, productivity, and certifications. The schedule is full-time, with flexible scheduling based on service department hours, rotating Saturdays, and Sundays off.

Requirements

At least 2 years of automotive technician experience.
Strong diagnostic and repair abilities.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
