About The Position

Westfield Electroplating Company is seeking an experienced hardcoat plater to work on the second shift, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The role involves hardcoat anodizing and requires knowledge of anodize electroplating techniques and familiarity with industry processes and standards. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, reliable, industrious, and able to work independently, with good verbal and written communication skills. Applicants must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of hardcoat plating.
• Two to three years of experience preferred.
• Ability to use micrometers to verify thicknesses.
• Competence in math, including calculating the surface area of common shapes.
• Ability to handle delicate parts without causing damage.
• Understanding of blueprints and drawings.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, reliable, industrious, and able to work independently.
• Desire and capacity to read and learn.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and physical.
