About The Position

This position is responsible for plating a wide variety of experimental or production parts with various platings such as zinc, chromium, cadmium and copper. The role involves adding chemicals to solutions to maintain proper balance, preparing pickling and stripping solutions, bright dips, and cleaners. The plater will wire up and position parts in tanks correctly and time plating operations to obtain the proper degree of thickness or type of plating. This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. Requirements

• Six (6) months experience blasting, plating or chemical applications.
• Must be a U.S. person within the meaning of ITAR (U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee).
