Requirements
- Active driver's license and a clean driving record
- 2+ years of experience at a Heating and Air Conditioning company
- EPA certification is required
Nice To Haves
- Commercial experience is helpful/desired
- NATE preferred
- Prior experience developing an apprentice
Responsibilities
- Leading the installation of heating and air conditioning systems.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure installations meet high standards.
- Troubleshooting and testing systems.
- Developing apprentices.
