About The Position
Closet Factory is a leader in the custom home organization industry, designing, selling, manufacturing, and installing custom closets, home offices, garages, laundry rooms, pantries, bookshelves, and more. With over 40 years of experience, we create high-quality, dynamic, and truly custom solutions for every room in our clients' homes. The home improvement sector in Houston is experiencing tremendous growth, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our factory/install team at our local facility. In this role, you will be responsible for installing complete projects from start to finish. Our factory/install team members prepare each job, ensuring accuracy and quality before it is delivered to the client's home for installation. A positive attitude, great attention to detail, and a commitment to client satisfaction are essential. We provide a vehicle and a full-time schedule.
Requirements
- Experience with tools
- Ability to communicate with customers and provide customer satisfaction
- Must have valid drivers license
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge or experience in woodworking with 32 millimeter system
Responsibilities
- Install complete projects from beginning to end.
- Prepare each job and check it for accuracy and quality before going to the client’s home for installation.
