Sobieski New Homes of York, PA is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction HVAC Installer to win repeat business by doing quality installations of heating and cooling systems in residential new construction. Requirements

Licensed as a journeyman (preferred) OR 3+ years of new home construction experience
Knowledge of applicable state codes
Hands-on knowledge of residential HVAC construction
Valid driver's license
Acceptable driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work outside in a variety of weather conditions, from heights, and in tight spaces
Have own hand tools regularly used by HVAC mechanics
Good communication skills
Self-motivated and career-minded
Ability to work well as part of a team
Ability to deal courteously and tactfully with customers and fellow workers in the construction trades
Enjoy mentoring others
Committed to doing quality work and motivated to continually improve your skills
