Requirements

3+ years of HVAC installation experience
Valid driver's license
EPA Certification
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maneuver heavier items with help or equipment
Clear and personable communication skills
Attention to detail and a drive to complete jobs quickly and correctly
Willingness to work on call weekends and after hours

Responsibilities

Installing new HVAC systems-including duct work, attic or vertical splits, and rooftop package units-throughout Tucson.
Pre-measuring jobs to determine material needs.
Receiving and loading all equipment.
Ensuring every installation is completed to high standards.
Properly connecting gas lines.
Filling out precise paperwork.
Taking thorough readings to guarantee quality and safety.
Keeping the company vehicle clean and organized.
Working collaboratively with leads and management, sometimes aiding others as needed.
Communicating clearly with customers and coworkers.
Upholding company policies.
Contributing to a positive team environment.
