About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Bradenton, Florida, and surrounding areas. Caregivers work one-to-one with clients in their homes, providing personal care, companionship, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role supports aging adults and emphasizes meaningful relationships and a respectful, high-quality client experience. Pay is $18–$20 per hour, with full-time and part-time schedule options. Requirements

At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Hold an active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
Have a valid driver's license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
Comply with state background-screening requirements.
Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
