About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support clients in Tamarac and surrounding areas. Caregivers assist clients one-on-one in their homes with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. Caregivers receive support from local teams and help aging adults build meaningful relationships and maintain their well-being.

Requirements

At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
At least 18 years of age.
Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
TB clearance or chest X-ray.
Must comply with state background screening requirements and be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes.
