About The Position

TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Sarasota and surrounding areas. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers flexible scheduling, with full-time and part-time options, and shifts available during days, evenings, weekends, and overnights. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support while helping aging adults build meaningful relationships and promoting their well-being.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certificate.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
