About The Position

The Arbors of Shelburne is seeking experienced caregivers to join its evening-shift team. The role is described as delivering care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The posting also refers to the role as a compassionate LNA. The schedule is part-time, evenings from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., with pay of up to $26.50 per hour including shift differentials and incentives.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
• Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
• Perform other duties as needed.
