About The Position

Provide in-home care to a woman in Watertown, Wisconsin, helping her remain in her own home and have a say in who assists her. The schedule is 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. This part-time role is recruited through Consumer Direct Care Network; if hired, the Member or their Managing Party—not CDCN—will be the legal employer and will have sole authority to hire or dismiss the worker.

Requirements

• No allergies to cats.
• Do not use a cell phone during the shift except for emergencies.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must pass a background check before hire.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist the member with getting ready for bed.
• Support use of a non-invasive ventilator.
• Assist with a bowel program.
• Empty the catheter bag.
• Provide personal care.
• Perform light housekeeping.
