About The Position

Carvana is hiring an Experienced Auto Painter to prepare vehicles for customers at one of its high-tech Inspection Centers. The role requires professional automotive painting experience and strong skills in applying base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats; blending adjacent panels; and paint correcting vehicles. Carvana describes itself as a fast-growing used automotive retailer with vehicle reconditioning centers where cars are inspected, perfected, and photographed before being listed on its website. Requirements

At least 5 years of professional automotive painting experience.
Skilled in painting base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats; blending adjacent panels; and paint correcting vehicles.
At least 18 years of age.
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools and lift up to 60 pounds independently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing production environment, sometimes with exposure to excessive heat or cold.
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Must pass a complete background check.
