About The Position

G & C Auto Body is seeking an experienced Service Advisor / Estimator to join its growing business. This is not an entry-level position. The company is family owned and operated and offers a family-oriented environment with the structure and support of a larger corporation. The position involves estimating in an auto body shop, working with direct repair programs, and providing customer service and sales support. The listed schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch.

Requirements

At least 1 year of estimating experience in an auto body shop.
Experience using CCC One, Mitchell, and I-Car programs.
Experience working with direct repair programs (DRP).
Excellent customer service and sales background.
Ability to multitask and manage several jobs at once.
Attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and a positive can-do attitude.
Valid California Driver's License.
Must pass a background check and drug screen before hire.
Must receive approval from the company's insurance partners during employment.
